What is a K-1 Fiancé Visa?
The K-1 fiancé visa allows a U.S. citizen to bring their foreign fiancé(e) to the United States for the purpose of getting married. Once your fiancé(e) enters the U.S. on a K-1 visa, you have **90 days to get married**—or they must return to their home country.
This is the same visa featured on the TLC reality show *90 Day Fiancé*. Yes, the show is real—and Zubkoff Law has represented over 20 couples from the show, including consultations featured on *90 Day Diaries*.
The 90-Day Rule is Real: You MUST get married within 90 days of your fiancé(e)'s arrival in the United States, or they must leave the country. This is not negotiable.
